Course Marking

 

July 19, 2016

2:00 pm to 5:00 pm -Race Check-In

Runners can pick up their race bib and drop off their drop bags for delivery to aid stations.  Drop bags must be received by race organizers by 5:00 pm.  Runners will also undergo a pre-race medical check during race check-in.

 

5:00 pm to 5:45 pm - Course Briefing

A detailed course briefing by race organizers.  This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended if you have any questions concerning the course.  We will not be covering the course in detail during the pre-race briefing.

 

5:45 pm to 6:30 pm - Race Briefing

This is a MANDATORY meeting for all runners and highly recommended for pacers and crew.  This meeting will include a review of the race rules, course information and be open for any questions you may have concerning the race.
