Race Rules

Runners are expected to follow all of the rules listed below.  Any violation of a race rule is grounds for disqualification.  Race officials have the authority to update and/or revise the race rules at their discretion any time prior to the date of the race.  If you have any questions regarding a specific rule, please do not hesitate to contact race officials.

1) You must complete the course on foot with no assistance from others, vehicles, bicycles, trekking/hiking poles, or any other object or living organism that results in anything besides your two legs projecting you forward.  The only exception is if you want or need to use your hands to crawl along the course.
